JIAH KHAN’S DEATH MYSTERY, SUICIDE OR MURDER?
Just about four months ago, a well known Bollywood actress Jiah Khan passed away. The actress Jiah Khan’s was announced by the investigator officers as a suicide case. But this case of Jiah Khan’s death is back in the news as the actress mother named Rabiya Amin has filed a new appeal to the Bombay High Court. She suspected that her daughter whose death case was announced as a suicide case might be a murder case.
Reviving the incident which happened just about four months ago on 3 June 2013, the actress Jiah Khan was found dead and hanging in her Juhu apartment. Jiah khan’s boyfriend Sooraj Pancholi son of aditya pancholi was suspected to be responsible for her death. Even her mother Rabiya had a firm believe that Jiah’s boyfriend Sooraj Pancholi was to blame for this incident of her daughter’s death.
So at that time Sooraj Pancholi was arrested on charges of urging the actress to suicide. After few weeks of the ndeath incident Sooraj was granted bail and set free. This case was reached all over the television media and was broad casted by every channel.
Now the actress mother Rabiya Amin new appeal to the Bombay High Court has highlighted the case again. Rabiya Amin’s lawyer named Dinesh Tiwari said in an interview that:
“Rabiya feels the investigation was not done properly. If you go by the medical opinion and other evidence, it would indicate something is missing as far as suicide is concerned. Jiah Khan’s case is apparently a case of murder,”
