High Court Turns down To Stay ‘Krrish 3′ Launch
We’d earlier reported that Madhya Pradesh-based writer Uday Singh Rajput had moved the Bombay High Court claiming copyright breach of the story of Hrithik Roshan starrer Krrish 3and had sought a stay on the launch of the movie.
However, the HC on Tuesday turned down to stay the launch of Krrish 3 and expressed discomfort over the contradictions in the facts mentioned by Rajput. The court said that Uday was wrong and dishonest, and wasn’t eligible for any relief.
In his application, Rajput had stated that he was the writer of the 3rd edition of the Krrish franchise but was refused the credit for it by the producers. He’d sought a stay on the all India launch of the movie and demanded a payment of Rs. 2 crore.
