The mouthwatering menu at Sugar Factory American Brasserie has been handcrafted by a team of world-class chefs, including: Executive Chef Michael Sellmann, Corporate Pastry Chef Michael Gillet and Chef & Restaurateur Bryan Ogden. The magnificent menu features perfectly executed classics such as pizzas, burgers, pastas, salads, steaks, seafood, sandwiches and more. The Chocolate Lounge, a crown jewel in the colossal compound, acts as an intimate alcove set to deliver the ultimate experience to both novice and veteran chocolate connoisseurs with a vast selection of chocolate fondue options, accompanied by wine, champagne and liquor pairings.
